Exolon UV is a clear, glossy polycarbonate sheet with co-extruded UV protection on both sides and unique impact resistance. They are used in a wide range of applications, both indoors and outdoors. Their fire classification varies depending on type and thickness.

POLYETHYLENE [PE-UHMW]
PE-UHMW (PE1000) materials have extremely high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction against metals and other materials. They are impact resistant, food-safe and can also be electrically conductive.
Material properties: ultra-high molecular weight | excellent wear resistance | high impact resistance | food-safe | can be used between -260 °C and +80 °C
GRAY SOLID POLYCARBONATE
The well-loved, practically unbreakable Exolon® UV solid polycarbonate sheet is also available in gray (Exolon UV 2760) to better meet customer expectations and modern design considerations during project implementation!
In addition to the usual clear (2099), Exolon® UV is also available in opal (2130) and bronze (2845) colors!

VIVAK®
A thermoformable co-polyester sheet with unparalleled mechanical properties that is uniquely easy to process and requires little energy. Its applications are extremely versatile, from industry to visual communication.
Teflon [PTFE]
Fluorinated, chemical-resistant plastic that can be used at high temperatures, with good UV stability. PTFE is characterized by extremely good chemical resistance, very good sliding properties and electrical insulation even in high-frequency applications. For all these reasons, it can be used in a wide range of applications. The material is relatively soft without fillers and deforms under load. Based on its properties, it is primarily used for sliding elements with low loads. Flame retardant (UL 94), UV-resistant.
Polyamide [PA6]
Polyamide is one of the best-known and oldest plastics. It is a typical material for slideways, plain bearings, guide rollers, gears and other machined parts.
Material properties:
- very high wear resistance
- good sliding on steel and POM
- high toughness at low temperatures
- excellent processability
- good price/performance ratio
Polyoxymethylene [POM-C]
POM is a thermoplastic with a low coefficient of friction and good wear characteristics. Its dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability are better than those of polyamide. Like polyamide, it is typically used for plain bearings, guide rollers, gears and other machined parts.
Material properties:
- excellent dimensional accuracy
- low water absorption
- can be used in permanently wet/humid environments
- good chemical resistance
- excellent processability
- can be used between -50 °C and +120 °C
