Machining of plastics

Selecting the raw material is sometimes only half the battle, as turning plastic sheets, tubes, rods, and blocks into their final form is a complex task. Different types of plastics require various processing methods, and we offer our above 30 years of industry experience to our clients in this area. Our machinery and expert team can handle the most extreme challenges. We offer the following processing methods, among others: cutting, sectioning, laser cutting, CNC milling, bending, edging, polishing, sanding, gluing and bonding.

Thermal processing

Our company in Hungary has the largest oven necessary for thermo-processing, allowing us to perform the professional bending, forming, and complete processing of giant-sized acrylic and polycarbonate objects. This includes the thermal bending of sheets, blocks, tubes, and rods, using custom moulds and vacuum forming.

Implementation

In our workshop, we can create machine components, coverings, dividers, light fixtures, advertising elements, furniture, and various custom products from plastics. Aside from workshop processing, our own team implements complete light advertisement, branding, and signage elements, as well as interior spatial dividers. Our team dedicated to implementation, following an on-site survey if necessary, prepares an implementation quote, which is free and carries no obligation.

Delivery and logistics

With over 30 years of experience backing us, and working with the country’s best carriers specializing in plastic transport, we guarantee delivery to any point in the country, ensuring your materials are transported scratch-free. We distribute our products nationwide with regular weekly round trips but also offer unique direct transport options. Our inventory includes 11-meter polycarbonate sheets, for which we not only offer technical support but also delivery, allowing you to enjoy numerous advantages, including fewer cut edges on larger, coherent surface covers.

Parcel service

As a contracted partner of Hungary's largest parcel service, we deliver materials that do not require processing or custom cutting and do not exceed 2 meters in size, within 24-72 hours.

We created the plastic.hu webshop to serve as a guide for those interested in plastic sheets, plates, rods, tubes, and related products. Our goal is to provide as much information as possible about our products, partly to help visitors navigate among "semi-finished" (further processing or manufacturing required) plastics, and partly to enable them to make independent purchases based on the information gathered here.

4.    The hollow-chamber, multiwall, solid polycarbonate, and acrylic sheets are commonly used for canopies, terrace covers, winter gardens, and carports.
