Polycarbonate tubes are fire retardant, hufterproof and extremely impact resistant. It is extruded from normal standard granulate and is not provided with a UV protective layer. Polycarbonate are optically less beautiful than acrylic tubes, but are having a better fire certifications (B1 according to the European norm).
